Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road layout amendments on New Road Markings, New Raised tabletop ramps, New Drainage works, on both approaches to Forrest View Estate on the R517, Kilfinnane, Co. Limerick
